RITZIP provides tools for monitoring car transportation and delivery efficiency, including features such as order history tracking, communication with drivers, and more.
For companies, the app offers the ability to add their drivers, accept, and create transportation orders.

Document management
We implemented an electronic document management system that significantly simplifies and automates the document workflow.
We developed and integrated templates for various document types into the CRM system, including: Invoices, delivery notes and acceptance certificates, contracts, order reports, receipts for clients.
The templates are automatically populated with necessary information based on data already available in the CRM system: Client details, order information, payment details.

Analytic
RITZIP provides detailed analytical reports that help assess the effectiveness of their business operations and improve key performance indicators: Sales funnel, owner, payment, investor, driver, dispatcher, vehicle report, and overall report.

Logging
Technical
We use logging systems to record all significant events related to the operation of applications and services. This is necessary for monitoring system performance, tracking interactions with external services, and enabling lightning-fast responses to errors and exceptions.
User action
We also implement logging to track user actions within the application. This helps ensure data security.
